Everyone had a chance to try one’s luck at pancake eating contests, numerous quizzes and games or horseback riding on the historic Lithuanian horse breed called the Žemaitukas. Those who did not miss the exhibition of wooden Mardi Gras masks by the folk artist Saulius Tamulis remained captivated. There were numerous mask making workshops in the town welcoming children and adults of all ages.
